It happens however smart leadership doesn't let it sink them and move quickly to right a wrong. 

Ron Wolf fired Ray Rhodes when he saw the writing on the wall after the first year.  Let Wojo finish out the year and then buy out his contract and get someone else with a head coaching resume so we know what we're getting.

Wojo is good man but he coaches soft and his teams aren't prepared for full speed play at this high level.  He teams always look a couple gears behind the opponent both offensively and defensively.  His strategy stinks too and his teams don't play smart or determined.

Like I said before it happens with the best of intentions but don't let it sink the program.
