Taylor is still highly ranked, Rivals has him higher than Lacy, but Hoopscoop and Scout have Lacy higher.  That doesn't really mean much in terms of comparison though, because they play different positions.  Taylor a shooting guard Lacy is a point guard.  Taylor may have to develop into a combo or point at the next level because he's really skinny right now, but he's not a good ball handler at this point.  Does have a nice shot though.

Taylor is starting to come into his own now, mostly because of AAU play over the summer.  He didn't do much in HS last year because St. Joe's had a lot of upperclassmen and they were one of the top teams in the state.  He wasn't even one of the first 3 or 4 guys off the bench last year.  But now he's starting and doing well, so the interest will start to increase.  MU, UW, and Notre Dame are mentioned in the article, but Minnesota, Illinois, Purdue and Wake Forest are involved as well.
