Matt Carlino named to Big East honor roll; update on Nick Noskowiak

<br /><br />Matt Carlino, who scored 19 points including the game-winning three-pointer Wednesday against Creighton and had a game-high 27 in Marquette's loss at Xavier Saturday, was named to this week's Big East honor roll. The graduate transfer from BYU connected on 56 percent of his shots and hit three-pointers at a 64.3% clip.<br />
