side stepped the question about Nick.
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

Bill Scholl is an impressive person.  Low key, but well spoken and very knowledgeable.

The first half of the show was about the changes at the NCAA level, and pretty much asserted that the BE would match the Power 5 with regards to enhanced scholarships.  (Ackerman already has said as much so this isn't news.)

Spent some time talking about how great Marquette is and how important it is to be "elite" in the sport of basketball.  Talked about facility needs.  I wished they would have talked a bit about the new arena and what that would mean to Marquette.

Nothing terribly earth-shattering.

To be fair, there's not much to address. He's still in the fold for next year.

What exactly is the deal with NN? I don't feel like re-wading through that horrible thread about it.  Basically, all I could gather is that NN hasn't played in a few weeks, and there appears to be several theories on why that is, and some are assuming the worst. Did I miss anything?

I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Yes.    And No.

Someone knows something, but can't say what the something is.

Someone also has reliable sources, but can't say who they are or why they're reliable.

There may or may not be "smoke" that someone "sees" (or smells, or just senses).

So, you missed a lot.  Or nothing.
