Maryland got a 15-yard penalty ON THE COIN TOSS (LOL) for not shaking hands with the PSU captains.

Maryland coach says that this was not orchestrated.  Well obviously this was orchestrated by the players, but were they acting on their own?  Conspiracy theories are fun...anyone else believe this play was called from Delany in an attempt to get a rivalry going?

You left out the part about the 2 teams getting in a skirmish before the game.  But that probably didn't have anything to do with this.

All three guys just happened to think the same thing at the same time. But they might want to try looking like a real football team before they start this stuff.
