While us Scoopers are at it....

A colleague of mine, who is a Marquette High alum, and a huge supporter of MU, has a 7 year old son with a brain tumor.  Yesterday, in a Milwaukee hospital, they operated, and were able to remove about 90% of the tumor.  Although the surgery was deemed to be successful, there is still a long road with chemo, etc.  The young man will also have some hearing and speech loss.

I'm not comfortable posting the family's name without permission.  With that said, I am confident that any prayers offered up by my fellow alum will be forwarded and delivered with great precision.

Thanks in advance.  Feel free to PM if interested in more details.

Never wrestle with a pig.  You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.

The arms of the MU family stretch far and wide.

Lots of prayers for this young man. I'm sure he'll handle it like a warrior.

jsglow

Prayers for the young man and his family.  Hope he feels good enough to attend the 'Al game' this winter.

As the father of a 7 year old.....God's blessings upon him.
The 4 pillars of Stoicism were courage, temperance, justice, and wisdom.
I get that.   Throw in some Jesus and bad jokes...

Jay Bee

God bless and give strength to the little Warrior and his family.
