huge downtown visibility.  Much more than naming rights-I think it was a great move on -M's part.  Hell, even black and gold seats!  If only it had a little more capacity it could've been Marquette Arena.  I wonder how much rent we pay the BC over a ten year period- without the right to host 'concerts' or primary scheduling and prominent signage.

They paid $230,000 per year before moving back to campus.  For an extra $110,000 per year they get their name on the place and other concessions.  Sounds like a good deal to me.
