Other than the entire bottom half of the conference?  There are some really strong programs in the A 10, but there are also programs that make DePaul look great.

Finally someone who gets it. Milwaukee is a small market city. We play in an outdated hockey
arena, and the Bucks are barely an NBA team.The Wisconsin talent pool is not that deep. Not sure why everyone thinks the Marquette job is so
attractive? Lots of homers drinking up the blue and gold Kool-aid. I love Marquette as much as anyone, but lets
be realistic. We are a mid-major. I doubt Shaka would have even talked to us if it were not for Doc.

Marquette is not the job it was in the days of the old Big East but it is still easily a top 25 or 30 job and program. If you call that a MM, that proves how clueless you are.

A high major college basketball team is a team that competes in a major conference that routinely is one of the top 50 teams year in and year out, invests money in their basketball program and is in postseason play nearly every year.

How in the world can you describe a school that spends more on their men's basketball program than any school in the country besides Duke a MM??

What you just described is a big state school. Every team that is not a state school is not just automatically a MM.
