Doesn't Capel fit the general profile?

Elite 8 w/ Oklahoma.  Success at two schools- VCU and OU.  Recruited Blake Griffin to OU.  Winning records except his last two years at OU.  Young guy.  Played for and coaching w/ Coach K now.  Seems to have a lot of upside and getting virtually no mention.

I know there's baggage potentially he'd have to explain defend, mainly about that assistant coach and benefits to Tiny Gallon.  But the whole body of work there's definitely some intriguing things.  And except for Shaka, all of the candidates mentioned have things in their past that aren't appealing.  Plus he inherited crap from Sampson and the NCAA found no wrongdoing on his part while at OU.  

I'm not saying go and get him, but he's more appealing than some of the names being thrown out there right now.

Agree Chicos- I'd be almost shocked actually.   This whole thing is beyond frustrating.   I sure don't want Wardle and some others being mentioned.
