Allegedly Has to do with a mortgage fraud case (he wasn't charged but investigation still open) as well as acting as a middle man for the distribution of Kentucky derby tickets (scalping) at a considerable profit.  If true on tickets, I hope he declared his profit on his tax returns.  He did pass a lie detector test but file still open.
