Young guy. Coming back to his home state and only 10 minutes away from his alma mater. Reading more about it seems like a really great hire. Hopefully he can make the jump from the MAC to the Big East.

As an Ohio resident, I'm disappointed to see him go; he's done a great job at Ohio.  As a Marquette alum, I'm excited about the future and hopeful that he'll do a great job and pick up where Bond left off.  As the father of a HS VB player, I'm just confused trying to keep up with the coaching dominoes.

No relation. Dan spelled his name "Theiss."
