Nice comeback. Wish Todd would play like that every game.

WellsstreetWanderer

Wish he was given time to get into flow of game.

DON'T HOLD THE MAYO...and from this point on, Mayo NEEDS to be starting.

He played 29 minutes tonight.  Only Dwill at 36 played more.

Buzz has often said its not about who starts but who ends the game.  Mayo played what you would call "starter minutes" and ended the game.

He did what you want ... tonight.

This had to be Mayo for closing out the game strong.  But looking at Jamil's line, he likely would have gotten the nod had he not been on the bench for so long due to fouls.

Looking at the box score, Jamil was the bigger stud. But this was one of those where the box score can't reflect everything that a player did for their team

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Jamil was the only thing working during the first 25 minutes.    Then foul trouble.   But Mayo gets the nod for having the best 5 minutes of any MU player all year.
The 4 pillars of Stoicism were courage, temperance, justice, and wisdom.
I get that.   Throw in some Jesus and bad jokes...
