Might be harder to argue them as a "not bad loss", even if it is borderline being a "quality win".  Let's just obliterate them and not care either way.

That's one strange in-state rivalry.  Different conferences, but New Mexico and New Mexico State play a home-and-home every year - UNM won on the road 13 days ago.  I didn't think anyone did that anymore.

Lobos lose to their rival at home. MU needs to win.

For what it's worth, NMSU is a solid team. It's an understandable loss.
