Jamil needs to shoot it 20-25 times per game

When starting three players who bring almost nothing to the table offensively we can't afford for Jamil to be passive on offense anymore. He is by far our most dynamic scorer and the 2nd half of today's game showed what he can do when he's aggressive.

Don't think so. have already seen him score 24 one game and 5 the next. Twelve to 15 shots per game for him is plenty. Besides, once Mayo gets back in there he will be chucking up plenty of shots.

He's been known to hit clutch shots late in the game but that doesn't necessarily mean he should shoot 20-25 times per game.

The point is Jamil needs to be "the man." We've seen Jamil go for 24 one game and 5 the next because some nights he comes out aggressive and others he comes out passive. We absolutely need an aggressive Jamil every game. Davante (at least should) plays on the block, meaning someone has to get him the ball. Jamil can create shots for himself and he has the ability to do so and to make shots more than anybody on this team. We saw what he can do when he decides to get to the rim. He needs to bring that every night.

He did today. You could tell he wanted it. Not sure I could tell that about anybody other than Deonte. Deonte's just not polished enough to get consistent minutes yet, especially defensively. His shot form is 100% improved compared to what it was in high school, though.

Definitely true.  But 15-18 would be right.  Basically telling him that he needs to be aggressive and finding his shot 15-18 times a game.
