Chicos, you out there?

Comcast guy just told me that Comcast will soon have the NFL's Sunday Ticket.  True or False?

Perhaps more on point with MU, I'm moving in a couple weeks and absolutely HATE time warner. Any advice on AT&T Uverse vs. Direct TV? Any idea who will be carrying the new Fox Sports network?

Oh they did...hmm.  Well tell CrapCast we have it for two more seasons and are negotiating right now for more.  We'll see where it goes, but my definition of soon is not two seasons and could be more like 5 to 7 depending on how things shape up.

We have U-Verse and really like it.  Currently SPEED is on U200, so I'm assuming it will be picked up as FS1 on U200 as well.  Really the only Sports Channel we don't get, that I would like, is BeIN sport for the 5 Away US World Cup qualifiers.

Thanks.  I will keep my Direct TV.

Uverse can be really good and it can be not so good.  A lot of it depends on the infrastructure to your home and how far you are from their substations.  They run fiber to those nodes but still bring in via copper in many places.  Many people don't realize this.  Copper wiring has limitations so I've always told family and friends that Uverse is a good product, but make darn sure you are in an area that is actually going to benefit from it due to their wiring schemes.

+1.  My last cable subscription was with U-Verse (though I still have their internet)... I have always told people who ask about the quality to talk to their neighbors, if any, who have it.

I have a colleague who must live 3000' from the node because her next door neighbor is always complaining about it, yet I never had a problem with mine (incidentally, there's only about 200' of copper between my modem and the fiber).

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.
