Noticed that ESPN.com was ranking the top 20 colleges by NBA pedigree (from 1989 on) leading up to the draft. Here's what they have so far...  Path to the Draft.

#20 Syracuse
Top Five NBA Draftees Since 1989 (Syracuse)

1. Carmelo Anthony (2003)
2. Derrick Coleman (1990)
3. Sherman Douglas (1989)
4. Billy Owens (1991)
5. Hakim Warrick (2005)

Sixth man: John Wallace (1996)

The rest: Fab Melo, Kris Joseph, Wesley Johnson, Andy Rautins, Jonny Flynn, Donte Greene, Demetris Nichols, Damone Brown, Etan Thomas, Jason Hart, Dion Waiters, Lawrence Moten, Conrad McRae, David Johnson, LeRon Ellis

#19 Ohio State
Top Five NBA Draftees Since 1989

1. Michael Redd (2000)
2. Mike Conley (2007)
3. Jim Jackson (1992)
4. Evan Turner (2010)
5. Jared Sullinger (2012)

Sixth man: Daequan Cook (2007)

The rest: Jon Diebler, Byron Mullens, Kosta Koufos, Greg Oden, Ken Johnson, Scoonie Penn, Lawrence Funderburke

Does Marquette make the list? I have to believe we get a mention here. While we may not have the quantity of the others, the quality is certainly there. My thoughts on the MU list. I know Matthews wasn't technically drafted but...

Marquette
1. Dwyane Wade (2003)
2. Wesley Matthews (2010)
3. Jimmy Butler (2012)
4. Steve Novak (2007)
5. Chris Crawford (1998)

Sixth man: Jim McIlvaine (1995)

The rest: Jae Crowder, Travis Diener, Lazar Hayward, Amal McCaskill, Tony Smith,

If Marquette makes it, we do solely because of Dwyane Wade.

Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

Doubtful. Wade is the only superstar, the rest are either too young to judge or were role players. If Syracuse was 20th, I doubt we make the list.
