Does a coach's age sway a recruit?

Definitely yes! No one want to see their future head coach being wheeled in for a visit.
6 (25%)
Somewhat. Older = Wisdom & Winning, Younger = Unproven
9 (37.5%)
No. Kids only care about winning regardless of the coach's age.

New ACC Average Coach's Age = 56

Does the age of a coach matter to recruits? Is it all about proven winners or the potential to win and be part of something new and exciting?

Is a recruit more swayed by a young, spry, vigorous Brad Stevens/Buzz Williams or an older and more astute Roy Williams or Jim Boeheim? Can kids relate to older coaches who may or may not have any sort of connection to the wants and needs of today's youth?

Seems like the New BEast is the place where future coaching legends are being bred and the ACC is where current legends are living out their twilight years.
