Stanford took me hours to come to terms with, it still hurts, (hate the Lopez twins) particularly unfortunate since I was hosting guests at the time who were not MU fans.  Washington. I still have the (now) empty beer bottle I happen to be drinking at the time. It was devastating.  My student years were from the era of Majerus and Dukiet so winning is still exciting to me.

Was at that game. Just sat there in silence for ten minutes with three other alums after the game ended. I will always loath the Menendez brothers.

It also felt like That last Davidson timeout was more than a minute. Felt like an eternity. Hahaha.

I've been watching MU since 88-89, and I can't remember them ever coming back from that type of deficit with a minute left. That was some Reggie in the Garden sh*t. Unreal.

I was in a room full of Stanford fans in abar in Mexico. It was a horrible loss for me. This game was like the opposite... Dread at the start and a redeemer at the end. My heart is still sort of racing.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

How about as draining as the Diener - Holy Cross win.  I hope it turns out as well as that did.

Think you mean Holy FACKIN' Crawss

The Lens

Tom Crean would have never been able to coach that close.  He would have kept four time outs, called a b.s.play each chance he got and we would have lost by 8. Can't wait for the first 1 vs 16 upset.

The above was written by my wife.  But she knows more than me.  Played on a USA Today Super Preps Top 25 Team at St Ignatius Prep in Chicago and when given the opportunity, chose to drink DI at MU instead of playing DIII at John Carroll.
