Maybe it's because my Jayhawks pounded them three times...I have a built in bias against the kittens.  They're not bad, but I could see Becky beating them.

K-State plays everyone but KU well. Self has their number.

Wisconsin's not losing to Ole Miss...they'll beat them by 15. 

Considering how well UW did against Minnesota and later, Purdue, I'm putting my money on Ole Miss.

I'll let ESPN argue with you.  http://espn.go.com/blog/collegebasketballnation/post/_/id/80011/the-case-for-and-against-the-ncaa-snubsTennessee was the better resume of the two, and I have no problem with their exclusion either.  I still contend the selection committee got the 68 teams in right, and having to change everything last minute for Ole' Miss caused some issues with seedings that are somewhat excusable.

To each their own.  If you can only beat one top 100 RPI team you don't belong in the NCAA tournament in my opinion.

I'm glad they weigh the resumes of the non-BCS teams favorably again - 2009 was a joke when only 4 mid-majors made it.  Finishing 6th or 7th in conference should be looked at as a negative that has to be overcome with other pluses on the resume.  Could you swap Boise & MidTenn with UT & Virginia?  Of course.  And I would still be here saying the committee did it right - because none of those 4 teams have a "right" to be in the tournament; they all have shaky resumes.  I personally am glad to see they took the more inclusive approach however.

As someone who follows Gonzaga very closely (I went there for my first year of law school), do not sleep on Gonzaga.  Seems like everyone who has never seen them play is picking them to lose early simply because they play in the WCC.  This is a huge mistake.  They are the deepest team in the country with probably the best front court.  They will be a very difficult out.  I personally don't see Wisconsin keeping it close if they meet in the sweet 16.

I agree, think the board is underestimating gonzaga.  I like them to come out of this region.
