Exactly 48 Hours until we play for the Big East Championship!!  How friggin' awesome is that?!  Hope the team is able to keep focus for a tough road game and bring home a championship for us to celebrate!  Hell of a job by Buzz and the team this year!

Thinking about where this team was after the UWGB loss and all the panic on this site, this is unbelievable. I don't even think I would have believed a conference championship that day. But this team has come through like I expected. In a year when the field is as weak as it's ever been, we have a great chance to do some damage in both the BET and NCAAs. Very, very proud of this team.

After Tuesday night's slopfest, I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch.  I hope they come out of that game thinking "we better not play like that again" rather than "we played poorly and we won anyway.  We can turn it on when we need to."

I was at the MU-GB game and said to myself walking out of the arena, if this team doesn't hit shots from the outside, it could be a long season on the road. Some of that, still holds true.
