Who thought that when this season began we would be in position to at least share the Big East title? Now with some help on Saturday we could win it outright.

As long as we win on Saturday I will be happy regardless of other results.

Agreed. I'll be rooting Irish and Orange, but I'll celebrate an MU win just the same either way.   Great accomplishment if they can pull it off in what has been a great season.   It's on the road, but the Johnnies are down a few and the stage is set.  Go get em boys!

I'm thrilled, this is awesome!  I thought it was going to come down to the wire and we would have to sweat out the GU-SU game, but now all we have to do is beat the Johnnies, sit back, and relax as conference champions.  I didn't really believe they could do it, but after the SU game I started to believe.  At that point we still needed help though - I'm so happy Nova knocked off every top team they played at home.

I'm not. At least not one of them.

I want this quote to serve as a reminder to the vast majority of scoop posters in regards to the MU BB program.

Winning the conference is a huge honor.  Marquette has an "elite" basketball program which should continue to be positive because of the high quality recruits.  Congratulations to Buzz!

The Pavilion at Nova is a tough venue for any team.  It would have been nice to have the W but there is no shame in that loss.

We have to win it first. On the road. I think people are getting a little ahead of themselves.

Fair enough.  :)

But if they were going to beat us, the least they could do is beat everyone else too.
