Rob actually works at Baraboo Growth (Dick Strong's personal investment firm), as do some old team managers. Pretty much everyone that works for him gets an opportunity to sit in those seats.

Yeah, I see Rob in those seats fairly regularly.  Often he makes it onto the Jumbotron.
