Thinks the C7 are making a smart decision, thinks they will succeed, and sounded a little wistful that he couldn't go with them.
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

Sorry, Jimmy. Enjoy Tobacco Road.

I understand the sentiment. The schools that left were out for themselves but I feel for the basketball programs. They were forced to leave (I don't recall any bball teams discussing how happy they were to go) to support the revenue sport. Who would want to leave, arguably, the best bball conference ever assembled?

So will he actually schedule a couple of the C7 teams, or would that be too much for his typical cakewalk non-conference schedule?  Just like we want to keep things going with UL and ND, I'm sure Georgetown, Providence, or St. John's has interest in playing Cuse.

Only if they come to Syracuse and bring the JV team.

He said the A-10 teams won't leave for an inferior conference.
