Josh Crittle Receives Horizon League Offer
July 1, 2007

9:25 P.M. CST

Josh Crittle, the 6'8 power forward from Hales Franciscan High School in Chicago, recently stated that the top five schools on his recruiting list are Marquette, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas State and Baylor.  He visited the Marquette campus last weekend.  However, Crittle recently received another scholarship offer, as he was offered by Loyola-Chicago of the Horizon League.

Others may regard Loyola's offer as relatively insiginifcant, but Illinois Prep Bulls-eye begs to differ.  As it turns out, Crittle's mother, who is very much instrumental in her son's recruiting process, is a 1985 Loyola graduate.  Not only that, but at the present time Crittle still has the Ramblers on his list of schools and he is clearly a high priority for head coach Jim Whitesell and his coaching staff.
