The transfer big man from UCONN. I know the scholarships are full but I've always loved watching him play. He probably wouldn't be able to transfer within the conference but maybe since its a special circumstance with UCONN being banned.

I can't sy that I know for sure that it couldn't happen, but UConn's ban is from the NCAA, but the no transfer rule is a Big East rule.  So, its very unlikely that they would be coordinated to allow a transfer.

I don't believe he is allowed to transfer to a Big East school.

His list includes: North Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Duke, Xavier, North Carolina State

You can transfer within the Big East.  You have to sit 2 years which effectively makes it a no transfer rule.

And yes this is a Big East Rule so this will probably not change.
