Bart is a bonafide dope.  Tattoos on the inside of his forearms, bad teeth and weak beard all wreak of KY.  I'm surprised we haven't seen him on I'm a Teenage Mom on MTV3.  I'm like GWB the 3rd...if you ain't with MU you are against MU.
