Speaking of banners, anyone see CBS (I think it was them) interviewing Shaka Smart last night? Behind him was a banner that bragged about their #6 rank to end the season. Woof.

Not overlooking anything. But I work on Friday, March 23. I have off every other day of the tournament. So if there's the slightest chance I would be missing a game, I'd rather schedule to get the day off now than have to start looking for a trade partner on Sunday with less than a week before I need the trade.

I made trades to get off the entire Big East tournament back in January...does that mean I was overlooking the chance we might play on Tuesday or Wednesday?

Pretty amusing watching the usual suspects drawing their lines of demarcation before the NCAA starts.   Either trying to provide cover for the team or raise expectations.

Fair enough...just been a bit testy in these waters the past week, and heard so much talk about "overlooking"...

If you're not on the team, it's perfectly OK to overlook.  I myself have made contingency plans for Nola already.  Cancelling the reservation in St. Louis, however.

i believe one's fanhood has to be called into question if you fail to overlook and plan for the best.  if i wasn't looking at getting an earlier flight because i was worried about the first weekend, and then i was unable to watch mu in the second round because of a lack of planning, i would be a sad excuse for a fan.
