Mufflers

With their moves down in basketball conferences to join the Big East as a football-only member, would you be in favor of rewarding them with a home-and-home in basketball?

With San Diego St, I'd be willing to go one-for-one (doesn't hurt that it's in San Diego), and with Boise St, I'd be willing to go two-for-one.

I'd also like to see MU get some experience on the West Coast.  It'd be nice to get the players used to traveling to the West Coast in preparation for having to potentially play an NCAA tournament game on the West Coast.  I was at the Alabama game when they came out slow, and I vaguely recall there was another game like that.  Also, I think MU is more likely to be put out west when other Big East powers are East of us and get priority with a higher seed (e.g., Georgetown, Villanova, UCONN).

One of the requirements for Memphis joining the BE was agreeing to play a home-and-home with both.  No time frame given.

Apparantly, home and homes with Boise State and SDSU are part of the deal for Memphis to join the Big East.

For MU, I would favor a "neutral site" game, perhaps somewhere in Northern California near where Juan lives with SDSU.
