DraftExpress has posted a report saying that Dominic James is likely to enter the draft. A MJS article quotes DJ as saying he is still forming an opinion as to how to proceed. Where do you think Dominic James will be playing basketball next year?

he'll be dribbling in the NDBL or European League for sure.

Dribbing?

I think he'll be dribbling for Marquette in the Big East for the third straight year, but time will tell.

Mayor McCheese

I think he will be dribbling for MU and dribbling his way to Big East player of the Year next year.....   wishful thinking

pure genius stuff by Bill Simmons, remember to read day 2

He'll throw his name into the draft but won't hire an agent.  After getting ripped by all the GMs and draft experts he'll come back to Marquette for one more year with a better focus on what he needs to improve. (we all know what those things are)

mosarsour

2nd round pick.  He'll probably ride the bench as a rookie or get sent down to the D League to work on his shot.

Isn't that what Jameer Nelson did? Or is my memory faulty?

I want to say that Jameer came out as a Senior but I don't remember.  But if I had to compare DJ with somebody I'd choose him except DJ can't shoot like Jameer.  (they're both very athletic, short, body-type)

projected 45th overall on nbadraft.net. Going after your sophmore year for a mid-second round pick would seem to be pretty nuts to me especially when there is incentive to stick around.  Just a prediction, but thats seems to be where he stand in this draft.

muwarrior87

he'll be point for MU for sure if he's projected a low 1st round or high second round pick as a sophomore. he's playing it smart by not hiring an agent and since he has 2 more years of eligibility, not saying he's gonna use them but they're there, he has some definite room for improvement in the draft and in getting a big deal guaranteed.
