They're stable in that recruits can talk to the same assistant coaches year after year.

If you don't think our assistant coaching turnover is a problem with recruiting you're just plain wrong.

And those kids can still talk to the same assistant coach when they transfer after their first or second year. Well, except when Reggie Theus left. And, except now that Kevin Willard just left. Oh, and except when Karl Hobbs left UConn. And when Dave Leitao left UConn. And, except now that Tom Moore has left for Quinnipiac. Other then that, the staffs have remained the same.  :-\

Isn't what you wrote earlier counter to what you claim against MU? Yes, UConn had virtually the same staff over the past 6-7 years but they still have 2 players leave every April. Yes, Ville has nearly the same the staff over the past 3-4 years but they still have 2-3 players leave every spring. These two programs have the assistant coach "stability" (subjective considering they've both lost ACs to other jobs) that you so desperately want at MU yet they still have "issues" with players leaving (whether through transfers, early entries, academic casualties, etc.). Why?

As for your second part, I'm glad you could let your arrogance fly on a Sunday afternoon to inform me that my opinions will be nothing more then "plain wrong".
