I think that's just today's ranking.  When I checked it was showing us as #27.

Now that I look at it.  it appears that those are the original Fly Wade's, not the ones that came out yesterday.  If you go to Nike ID you can customize it so it's similar to the ones shown, but they won't be exactly the same.
