This Thanksgiving I was sure to be thankful to not be a UW fan and have to watch 1950's basketball year-in and year-out. They have a fantastic program,  but the way they play is the exact opposite of why I love basketball. Can you imagine how many NBA fans there would be if they played like UW?   ZERO

On the other hand,  I think we're beginning to see what Buzz's teams are going to look like here on out (after UW). 10+ high major guys and RUN.....RUN.......RUN.  Buzz is definitely gunning for the most points possible.  His mentor, Lewis Orr at Navarro College, was totally dedicated to gunning like no one else.....EVER.  In 1990,  Navarro College broke the NJCAA scoring record with 116 PPG with a single game high of 164!  Buzz won't ever approach that level of gunning,  but I am convinced he wants to build a program that consistently scores near the top 10.  Most recruits want to play that kind of game and with Buzz's recruiting prowess,  I think we'll be seeing even better talent coming in.  Buzz has the program BOOMING!

Of course,  shortly after posting this UW will slow us down to half our normal output.  We just have to watch 40 minutes of FIFA-like basketball and then we can get back to watching the Buzz offense perpetually attacking.....you know.....ENTERTAINING basketball.
