That's the RPI before playing number 17 Northern Illinois yesterday.

My general thought on the basketball RPI is top 40 means you're in, because there's at least 6-10 AQ teams in front of you.

The selection show is on ESPNU today at 5pm/inbetween the fifth and third place games of the 76 Classic.

Winner gets winner of NCAA 3 seed Illinois vs. Central Michigan on Saturday.
