Thought it'd be worth the effort to mention the Women's team on this board. Plus any chance that we can talk about MU beating the Badgers is fine by me.

Women's team picked up their 2nd win tonight against the Badgers. They had a solid first half, lead by 9 at one point but the Badgers closed it up. MU trailed through most of the 2nd half but they won it in the last minute. Sarina Simmons went for 23 and 6

They struggled against MVSU so hopefully this can be regarded as a quality win.

Well...UW is pretty bad....lots of rebuilding to do there.  But hell, an MU win is a win!!

Impressive since MU is all underclassmen. Looks like a short rotation.

Minix went for 7 points and 6 assists...though I'm pretty sure that's not what you meant.

Way to go, ladies!

Courtney Thomas and Lauren Tibbs are both on crutches and it looks like Katie Young is still recovering from the knee injury that ended last season for her, although she is dressing for games.

And when you only have 11 players to start with, instead of the NCAA allowed 15....
