Not looking to start anything, but I thought I'd share a post I ran across on a girls volleyball message board where a parent was discussing his/her hopes and fears for his daughter's D1 college volleyball experience.

Here's what I'm worried about:

2. The coach turns out to to be too good, or not good enough, and a new coach comes in who's goal is to "leave their mark" on the program and toss some kids out, just because they can (also known as "Creaning")

So, does the "guilty party" want to identify him or herself?
