I hope this isn't you or one of your crew.     Stay hydrated, brother   http://www.jsonline.com/newswatch/123238363.htmlr.

Apparently while ripping someone's common sense skills got you all dizzy and the internets didn't align with the flux capacitor in time.

My guess is you probably meant this

Looks like a random 'r' inserted itself at the end of the link.    Stupid copy and paste feature.     Anyway, stay safe brewcity.

Not one of my crew, but one of my classmates. It was really, really hot out there today. Probably over 80 degrees when we rolled up, and you could feel the heat pouring out from at least 100 feet away (with flames shooting out a good 20-30 feet). Defensive right from the start, had 5 water towers in there plus a few 2-1/2" lines. Once we started to get control, we foamed the hell out of the building.

Throughout, I drank at least 3-4 bottles of water and another couple Gatorades. We were on the first alarm, so we did a lot of work, but after going through the Academy in Summer, I made sure to stay hydrated.

Nah, we didn't even go in. The badasses are these guys: http://www.wisn.com/video/28151827/detail.html

John "Koko-J" Kokalj and Lt. Chris Schutte were two of the first guys in on the South Side 3rd alarm fire last week. Reports of children trapped had them searching the attic for kids that weren't there. When things got really bad, they had to dive out of the attic windows, thankfully landing just 10 feet below on top of the porch. A couple of real-life heroes right there.

Channel 12 did get some footage of the scrap yard fire we were at, too. Right at the beginning of the chopper footage my company is manning the foam line: http://www.wisn.com/video/28146554/detail.html
