Earl Tatum

I like DJO but in most BIG Games last year and NC game he was not even present. Choke

I do not think he choked, but was matched against a strong defensive player. His three point shooting was inconsistant all year. DJO scored a lot by taking the ball to basket against teams that could not stop him. The ones that could resulted in him missing lot of shots.

I never thought of Harrison Barnes as a guard  ?-(

Glad to see DJO make the list, however :)

Are you arguing semantics?  It's the same link that I've been seeing all day...

No (i.e., I'm not talking about 'backcourt vs. guards').  I am talking about the OP wrongly stating that this article was about returning players - it is about top guards, period, including newcomers.

Djo was the star of perhaps the most difficult win in mu history, on the road vs the eventual national champs - who were healthy. Flicked the ball away with the final seconds ticking off, got it back and came up with the game-tying play, dominated ot to outshine kemba.

Then he takes us to the sweet 16 by barely touch the net on the trey to beat syracuse.

Vs unc, they picked our point guards clean over and over.
