Congrats to MU's Tatiyiana McMorris who was picked to participate in tomorrow night's 3 point shooting contest in Houston.  It will be televised on ESPN2 at 8P central on Thu 3/31.

Was she the young lady that destroyed DJO in the 3-point shooting contest during March Madness this year?

no...that was courtney weibel, who set an MU record with (i think) 9 threes in one game this year.  Tatiyiana is the one who hit game ending threes to beat St. Johns (OT) and Texas in the NCAA.  She also hit a three at Pitt to send the game to overtime.

No that was Courtney Weibel who set a high school record for 3 pointers made.  Weibel also broke the MU record this year for 3's in a game with 8 against UNC-Asheville in December.  However, McMorris led Marquette this season shooting 39% from 3 point range and was super clutch.  She hit a banked in 3 at the buzzer in Pittsburgh to tie that game which MU eventually won in OT and then hit game winning 3's late against St. John's and Texas in the NCAA Tournament.
