Seems like this happens more often than not in bowl games and NCAA tournaments.  A team doesn't get the bowl they thought, doesn't get the NCAA bid and they mail it in.

Syracuse looking every bit that tonight.  Guys screwing around, no defense, not hustling.

There is only one tournament in college BB. Not In the Tournament clearly exists just to make money. Judging by the crowd in Athens, GA., they're either on spring break or nobody gives a damn.

Not surprising given what the past couple days have been like for them. They managed to scratch out the win, and I suspect they'll stop feeling sorry for themselves and pull it together from here on out.

I think you are right Naivin.  Now K-State is going through the same thing.....crowd looks damn good at K-State.  Actually "looked" pretty good at Syracuse, but hard to tell with the camera angles what it was really like.
