What are the odds that there is some sort of clock malfunction that causes the refs to huddle around the monitor with stop watches for 20 min? I will almost put a guarantee on it...

Seems to be happening in every game this year. Not just MU games, nearly every NCAA hoops game I watch. Was there some sort of rule change that allows them to review clock where they couldn't before?

It really interrupts the flow of the game and seems to happen regularly.

Sorry for the random thread but it is really bugging me this year and no one else seems to notice...

Also I predict Jae is going to go for 25 and 15, GO MU!

So glad someone else posted about this as well.  It is happening WAY too much this year.  And it is a total disadvantage to the home team as it always quiets the crowd.  I really think the student section should try to do something to mark the occassion and get the crowd into the game when this happens.

Rollout-the-Barrel

Happens way to often. I also am irritated when they stop everything to check possible three vs two point baskets. Can't they just wait til next tv timeout to make the change?

They also check the monitors to see if any hit to the head is caused intentionally and a player can be assessed a technical or just a regular foul.
I'm like a turtle, sometimes I get run over by a semi.
