No way MU can win if he continues to play as poorly the rest of the way as he has thus far.  Airballed 3 and his misses haven't even been close tonight.  Puzzling.

Clam Crowder

Or he is just not what we all thought. Name 2 good road games he has had? Name one complete game he has had all year. He has his spurts of brilliance and then he has his spurts of absolutely terrible.

DJO........thanks for coming to the OT!

3. The Ardmore.                 9. Mugrack.
4. O'Donohues.                 10. Lighthouse.
5. O'Pagets.
6. Hagerty's.

Thanks to Kemba Walker also.  He was brutal in OT for UCONN.  One on five play by himself.  Think he ran out of gas or something, but he was awesome in regular play.

DJO took it up, just like Hardy does for St. Johns, Gibbs for PITT......

He put the team on his back.  I hope this propels DJO to be the vocal leader the rest of the year.

NickelDimer

My God DJO has been sleep walking recently and then, BAM!, he just decides to take over!  Such a talent when his mind is right.

I love DJO, but he is such an enigma.  Times where he looks so smooth and in control, and then others where he looks disjointed, and out of control.  Loved that he went to his mid-range game..instead of always trying to get to the rim.

Seems pretty evident DJO holds the KEY to the season for MU.  When he plays well, MU is DARN hard to beat.

+90000 he is the guy. Buycks was what he needs to be for us tonight!

Homer just said ...

"In OT, DJO 9 points, Uconn 8 points"

Buycks was HUGE during the stretch where we fell behind 58-51.  He made some very good plays in the run to get them back in the game.  Too bad he missed his intentional FT's..but he showed a lot of heart and guts in the GUT CHECK time of the game.

Very true, but Crowder is a close second.

totally agree. DJO is the straw that stirs the drink, to coin a phrase. When he plays well MU is a very tough team. When he is awol,  we look horrible. He took over the game in OT and we win the game. Lets hope he goes on a tear.

PuertoRicanNightmare

I haven't seen an OT performance like DJO's since Steve Novak lit up Missouri in 2003. Awesome!

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

BCHoopster

DJO 0-7 from threes, Jae Crowder 0-3 from threes, together the donut,
and they still won.  This team really shots the three poorly!
