Good use of TO's early in the second half to stem the tide as much as possible.

His post-game explanation of the way they were playing the final 20 seconds of regulation made good sense.

Found effective roles for most everyone off the bench.
GO WARRIORS!

also, the zone was a good call, as it definitely rattled UConn in the first half.

Danny Noonan

Don't forget the decision to trap and double Walker at the end of regulation to try and take the ball out of his hands.

Beat me to the punch Indy. Just thought of the 1-2-2 while listening to the post-game.

Really liked the zone - though I was a little perplexed that he almost went entirely away from it in the 2nd half..

I haven't been on Buzz at all but I do gotta give him major Props!

he coached a great game tonight!

21Jumpstreet

Outstanding coaching, especially late in the game!  Really smart to jump two guys on Walker.

agree, the different D's were great- 2-3, or 1-2-2 nice surprise.  I think it led to our lead.  also agree, great use of TOuts tonight.  Liked the double of Walker, too.
Don't know why the super slow 3rd quarter.  Also surprised by use of Erik Williams at various times.  His D was weak, but stayed with him.  Liked Jae's ability to play serious minutes (and grab some tough boards) with 4 fouls.  A nice effort, but a good job of coaching.

Jacks DC

Also for Buzz haters, I liked his quote "Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  Tonight it worked for us."  We have had some bad luck in big games and we got some good luck this time.

The second half collapses still concern me.  Our 11 point halftime lead was gone by, what, the 13 minute mark?  Seriously disturbing, but I am going to enjoy this win.

Did anyone think Buzz needed to foul at the end? I say no because it was about a five second differential. However, I think most people agree with the scenario because we pulled it out. I thought it was good coaching, anyone disagree?

Blackhat

They would have fouled.

They were trying to get the ball out of Walker's hands....to steal or put a less experienced guy on the line.
