Not exactly a work of art, but I like the way we slowly but surely took control in the second half.  There was no letdown.  It was at home against Seton Hall, but it's amazing how easy it can look when you dominate the boards, shoot 55%, and get to the line.  Well done.

Spaniel with a Short Tail

From the ESPN feed, it seemed a very lethargic game.  It was clear at the end of the 1st half that SH was not going to be a problem for MU tonight.

Nice win. I agree that there was no let down and Otule's first half (minus the FT's) was fun to watch. Goal: take care of business at home against Prov and Cincy and steal one on the road.

Could be a very different story in Newark in two weeks.

We got good games or better from Buycks, Butler, Crowder, Otule and Gardner.  DJO and Cadougan were solid, too.  We had a good handle on the game most of the 2nd half.

Overall, terrible FT shooting in the first half, some turnovers and poor 3 point shooting kept us from blowing them out.  We will need to tighten those areas up to beat them in NJ.

Yup.  We took care of business tonight.  Not the prettiest game, but the effort was there.  Game went about as expected.
