2009 team had 18 years of D1 experience, 2010 had 12 years of D1 experience, 2011 has 9 years of D1 experience.  Buzz seems to be saying this explains a lot about the differences between the years.

Glowing comments about Outle.  Buzz never thought he'd be this good this year.  He said they have to get the ball to him more on offense.

Even though he's made mistakes, I still strongly believe the lack of D1 experience is one of the main reasons for our struggles this year.
