I think the St. John's game really highlighted the short coming in the mind set of setting quotas by the team.  Does it really make sense to have quotes for things like trips to the free throw line, paint touches, etc. if the decision to obtain those quotas cause poor overall play like charges, throwing up shots hoping for whistles, uncatchable passes, picked off passes, etc.?
