Crean got in very EARLY on Chalmers, something he is definitely good at... finding talent and offering early.  Unfortunately when Bill Selfless offered Mario's dad a job with Kansas, there isn't much we could do as I doubt Crean was ready to do the same.  Shady recruiting at its best.   ;)

Not really.  His final 2 were Kansas and Arizona.  Self offered Chalmer's dad the job at KU, and that pretty much sealed it.  MU was in early, but was eliminated when things started to get serious his junior year.
