I didn't see that coming.  When I watch Nova, I keep thinking they are really good but just haven't been able to put it all together. I thought they might during this tournament.  Oh well, I'm glad the BE tournament pool was free.

Can G-town get a 1 seed if they win the tourney?

I agree with KC, I thought 'Nova would be fired up for this one.  Then again, are they playing without Nardi again?  That's a pretty big loss for them.

Nonetheless, lots of game left, hopefully they can at least make it exciting.

I'm at work so I can't watch this game, but I just saw that the halftime score of Minnesota-Michigan was 20-16 Michigan. While I thought Nova would be fired up, Michigan needs to be fired up.  If they don't pull this out, it could be it for Amaker.

I saw the glog at CBSsportsline and whoever is writing the glog wrote that he "cannot stress what a terrible half this was on the eyes".  The Big Ten should only get its top 4 teams in this year.

Nova had some chances in the final 3-4 minutes, too.  They pressured GTown into a number of last minute TOs .. had they converted a couple more of them, they could have tied it in the last 20 seconds or so.

I guess that this means it's time for the Georgtown fans to complain how terrible Hoyas are since they lack the ability to put a team away, or that JTIII shouldn't have gone into the "protect" defense or any of the other comments they could take verbatim from our board
