NBA Tickets

I know that most of you could care less but I was just wondering if any of you knew how to buy NBA tickets (specifically Bulls) for a price under $100. Stubhub is a joke, and ticket master is insane; they want $90 for nosebleads. Maybe college is different because they cant charge more than face value? I pay $40 for row E-H in the lower bowl. If anyone can help me out thatd be great. Thanks.

My brother has 2 season tickets that he sells for just over face value which i THINK is $35. Which games were you looking at and I can talk to him?
