West Virginia rec'd 18 votes in the coaches poll, but none in the AP?

I hear you, but considering the the AP had 24 teams also receiving votes, whereas the coaches poll only had 18, you would think a team thar received votes in the coaches poll, also would in the AP.

If not for Louisville loss Marquette is a likely top ten. I disagree witht he Louisville and Notre Dame rankings and feel they should be switched. A young Texas team has a great chance at the national title.

Here's a sign of how far we've come: Pitt lost to us and moved UP in the polls.

DJO's Pump Fake

Biggest Joke of both polls - Memphis being 5

I didn't know a SOS of 65 had so much pull.

Not to mention their 1-3 record VS. RPI Top 50

Memphis is a joke and I can not wait to see them go down early in the tournament

I wouldn't mind having the 6'9"-265 lb. guy that they have. He looks like a beast physically.

MUFanInGreenBay

That's Joey Dorsey if I'm not mistaken. He would be a big cure to all of our inside problems. I haven't seen a guy in college basketball look so big and ripped as he is. He is one big physical specimen that can move well.

MurphysWarrior04

Can't wait to see that #3 team go down early... They already had trouble late in the season away from the Kohl Center, and now without their token white 7-footer from Appleton...

First #1 seed to lose in the opening round of the ncaa.. start the chant now  ;D

(even though it isn't really a "chantable" phrase I suppose)
Once a warrior always a warrior.. even if the feathers must now come with a beak.

mviale

I know Memphis is in a weak conference, but they are usually legit. I would hate to play those guys.
You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.
