Nice ESPN piece by Eric Angevine posted yesterday on Buzz throwing out the book to play people all over the place.  Insider piece, so I can't repost, but worth a read if you are and I think pretty nice publicity for potential future recruits who can do it all.
The www.valueaddsports.com analysis of basketball, football and baseball players are intended to neither be too hot or too cold - hundreds immerse themselves in studies of stats not of interest to broader fan bases (too hot), while others still insist on pure observation (too cold).
